We recommend starting our service 3 months prior to your wedding event. The earlier, the better, as it allows us to get to know your personal taste and preferences.
We begin by understanding your vision for your wedding and reviewing the entire process. You'll receive a checklist of tasks to complete before the big day, and we'll guide you through each step.

Hands-on coordination with your selected local vendors
Detailed wedding day timeline and checklist
Pre-wedding meeting with venues and vendors one week prior
Ceremony rehearsal coordination at the venue the day before
3 wedding coordinators providing 6 hours of support on your wedding day

Venue inspection (Required for the venue outside Koh Samet)
Additional coordinators for complex logistics and details (require to add coordinator(s) for the guest count exceed 60.
Additional coordinators for extended time coverage (e.g., morning and evening ceremonies)
On-site coordination for the rehearsal dinner

Vendors meet up in person on request (hourly rate 1,200 THB/HR )
Online coordination 400 THB/HR or 1,500 THB/Booking

Wedding consultation with guidelines prior to 3 months of your wedding (hourly rate)
Extra performance(s) on your wedding If you plan to surprise your guests with a dance performance, our team has years of experience in dance performance creation. Whether it’s hip hop, pop, jazz, or any of your favorite songs, we can help you create a show, regardless of your background in dancing.
