  • What is destination wedding?

    A destination wedding is a marriage ceremony held away from the couple's hometown, requiring travel for the couple and most guests. It combines the wedding celebration with a vacation experience, often in a scenic or meaningful location, creating an intimate and memorable event for everyone who attends.

  • Where are you based?

    Most of our team members are based in Bangkok. We are also able to provide services based in Koh Samet without extra transportation fees.

  • Are your packages included in Samed Resort's venue wedding packages

    Our package is not automatically included in venue packages and is available as an add-on upon request. With our Samed Resorts partner, venue inspection fees and transportation costs for our team will be waived

  • Who needs a wedding planner?

    Couples who are busy, feel overwhelmed by the planning process, or want to ensure a stress-free wedding day can benefit from a planner. We manage the logistics, vendors, and timeline, allowing you to enjoy your engagement and celebrate without worry.

  • Why do I need a day of coordinator?

    Hiring a day-of coordinator is essential to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy every moment. While you might be tempted to ask a bridesmaid or family member to help, they deserve to celebrate with you, not work.

    Our team handles all the last-minute details, from managing vendors and timelines to solving unexpected issues. For example, if the sound system is in the wrong location or a vendor is running late, we'll take care of it so you and your guests can stay present for every special moment. Let your guests be guests—we'll handle the rest.

  • Do you also provide the decorations?

    We do not provide decorations ourselves, but we do offer decoration design and coordination as part of our wedding planning service. We'll work with you to understand your vision, create a cohesive design plan, and connect you with talented local vendors who can bring it to life. Our team will then oversee the setup to ensure every detail perfectly matches the design and exceeds your expectations.

  • ทำไมเราถึงต้องการผู้ประสานงานในวันแต่งงาน

    ผู้ประสานงานในวันแต่งงาน หรือที่คนไทยเรียกติดปากกันว่า “รันคิว หรือ ทีมรันคิว” ในความเป็นจริงแล้ว มีหน้าที่มากกว่าที่ทำให้พิธีการดำเนินไปตามกำหนดการ หรือแค่ “รันคิว” ตามที่เรียกกันติดปาก แต่ยังมีหน้าที่ในการบริหารงาน ประสานกับผู้ให้บริการอื่น ๆ ในงาน กับเจ้าของงาน ดูแลความเรียบร้อยและความพึงพอใจของแขก และเจ้าของงาน ทำงานประสานกันโดยวิทยุสื่อสาร ตามหน้าที่ ทั้งดูแลให้คู่แต่งงานดูดี และลดความกังวลในวันสำคัญ ให้คิวในการเดิน การเปิดเพลง การเสิร์ฟอาหาร และประสานงานกับสถานที่ เป็นต้น ให้แน่ใจว่างานเป็นไปตามแบบที่เจ้าของงานตั้งใจไว้ให้มากที่สุด

  • Wedding Planner เหมือนหรือต่างกันกับออแกไนซ์งานแต่ง

    Wedding Organizer ในประเทศไทย ทำหน้าที่เป็น One stop service ที่อาจให้บริการทั้งตกแต่งสถานที่ เช่าชุด แต่งหน้าทำผม และ/หรือ ช่างภาพ และวีดิโอ ในขณะเดียวกัน Wedding Planner จะทำหน้าที่คล้าย Project Manager ในการบริหารสิ่งต่าง ๆ และทำงานร่วมกันกับผู้ให้บริการรายอื่น ๆ ข้อดีคือ เราสามารถเลือกร่วมงานกับผู้ให้บริการที่มีความสามารถเฉพาะทาง ที่ตรงกับความต้องการของเรามากที่สุดได้
